Food Donations

Food Donations Are Always Welcome!

We love the support we get from the community! Go HERE to learn how and when to drop off your food donations. More information about larger food drives can be found HERE

All donations are tax deductible as permitted by law. Open Hands Food Pantry has been designated as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Documentation verifying this status is available upon request.

Please be aware that in many cases we are able to get more food for our clients with monetary donations to Open Hands than with food donations. The donated money can buy more food through Gleaners and our other suppliers.  During this coronavirus outbreak, it is better for safety reasons to buy food rather than to accept food and packages that have been handled by several people.

A list of our many donor organizations can be found HERE.
